Who we ship with.
We use Priority Shipping with Local Logistics, EMS,USPS , UPS , FedEx & TNT, Signed For 1st Class Delivery.Fully track-able. No signature required upon collection.

 

How do we ship?
-All parcels are dispatched world -wide in secure, discreet and unbranded packaging.
Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions it is your responsibility to know your local laws and customs regulations,but in 99% of cases there are absolutely no delivery problems for orders.
– Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
– We usually ship in soft toys, video cassettes, dolls. We wrap items in carbon photo paper. Xray will not penetrate.
– The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment & Handling charge).
– We also re-use original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in ( because we are ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
– Shipments are sent from various shipping points from different European countries.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is to large to fit in one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discreetion level and packaging as used for small sized orders.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO?
We do ship to PO Box. We do not ship directly to APO address, you can use your home/billing address and your family/friends can redirect your products from P.O Box to APO. Please leave shipping address in comment line of each order. This way you will have 99% delivery success.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 30 days).
NOTE !! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

Where do I send my payment?
Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order, and its sent directly to your e-mail address. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay. In case you haven’t received it when placing an order, please contact us and we will send you data by email.

How long does it take for you to receive my BITCOIN, WU transfer or MONEYGRAM ?
Payments made by Bitcoin, Western Union or MoneyGram are normally processed within 2-3 business days after we receive transaction data from you. If payment is rejected by BTC, MG or WU ( data not correct) than, we will send you an email and the whole process starts all over again so be careful in order to avoid delays! If transaction is successful we ship in 24 hours after confirmation was received!

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
We process and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Shipping time is normally between 4 and 7 business days and for very remote countries up to 15 business days! PLEASE NOTE that BUSINESS DAYS are only Monday to Friday, so before you order you should have that clear in your mind.
Delivery time includes time necessary for international regular airmail, which must also pass your customs, so we expect you to accept this as NORMAL DELIVERY TIME and respect it! Please check your ORDER HISTORY online first and count business days before writing to us about delivery time! If its over 15 business days, PLEASE CONTACT US and together we will find the reason and the solution.

How successful is delivery?
With customs we have 99.9% success to USA, 99.5% success to Canada, UK and Europe and 97% to South Africa. Even if products get seized ( 1% possibility based on our statistics through years), we cover 100% of the loss.

We will resend any lost parcel.
Please contact us if your item has not been delivered within 7 working days within the USA and Europe or 15 working days for the rest of the world and we will see into it. Please include your order ID and tracking number in your message to us.

Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or shipment doesn’t meet your expectation,simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange. This will be processed as soon as we have received and checked the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the business, Once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return, so please bear in mind that all already dispatched sales are FINAL. For replacement or Amendment, You have from the time of purchase to the time of dispatch to cancel or amend your order. A 10% surcharge will apply to any cancellation after payment.

Tracking your Order
You can simply visit your order(s) from our website and get the relevant tracking information, then log into your preferred courier website and track shipment, view your order status, You will also receive an email, once your package is shipped, detailing the tracking info (if optional). If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email following the order process, please check your Junk Mail folder.
